Austin, Texas was our vacation destination for Memorial Day 2007. We did a lot of sight seeing because we thought the city was so beautiful! Mount Bonnell is a gorgeous spot on top of a large hill ("mountain" to Texans) that overlooks the Colorado river and some very expensive homes. We really enjoyed spending time there, even though it was raining.

The Texas State History Museum was a blast! We walked around four floors of Texas history, saw an IMAX movie and even got to pass through an exhibit about NASA. Our favorite part of the trip was simply spending time together (and not having to work, of course!)
